Al-Majd Super Seal (SL-90 Latex) is a highly elastic bituminous emulsion that reaches a high level of hardness upon drying. It is also characterized by forming a flexible, waterproof membrane that provides effective protection.
Coating and Application:
It is a relatively high-viscosity liquid specifically designed for filling (SL-90 Latex) Super Seal.
It is used to treat low areas, voids, and fine cracks, and then coated with a flexible rubbery membrane. In fact, Super Seal (SL-90 Latex) can provide water resistance on roofs and concrete (both above and below ground) and adheres to steel, wood, and pavements. Super Seal (SL-90 Latex) meets most requirements for coating, waterproofing, and moisture protection. It is also used to fill cracks in asphalt pavement when mixed with sand and good Africrete, suitable for cracks with widths ranging from 3–8 mm by passing through a No. 8 sieve (2.36 mm) for the high-viscosity SL-90. Additionally, Super Seal (SL-90 Latex) serves as a leak stopper for both transverse and longitudinal cracks. Thus, SL-90 is suitable for waterproofing water tanks, kitchens, bathrooms, and swimming pools, as well as for sloped and curved roofs.

Usage Instructions:
- Clean the surface to be coated with SL-90 by removing all dust, flakes, oils, etc., before use.
- Moisten the surface and spray it with water before applying SL-90.
- Apply the material using a brush, roller, or spray. It can be diluted with clean water to achieve a consistency that allows for easy application.
- For porous surfaces, a primer coat of SL-90 diluted with 50% water can be applied.
- Then apply a second coat of SL-90 at 100% concentration.
