Specifications: Super Seal LV-30 is a water-based bitumen coating layer, specially manufactured to meet high standards of bituminous emulsion. It is a mixture of special additives to provide additional product stability. The material is brown in color but transforms, upon application, into a flexible black layer that protects against water and vapor.

Applications:
The LV-30 Bituminous Emulsion is a water- and moisture-resistant material that adheres easily to a wide variety of surfaces, including concrete, metals, wood, etc. It is also used as a protective layer in roof construction systems and coverings, as well as on foundations, columns, and reinforced concrete structures. Additionally, it is applied to joints between parts of underground concrete tanks and reservoirs, as well as on other exposed surfaces as a moisture barrier or vapor-proof layer. It can be used on both transverse and longitudinal surfaces, including those with slopes up to 45°. This layer is suitable for surface temperatures up to a maximum of 85°C.
Instructions for Use:
Ensure that the surface is sound and free of any oils, grease, or other foreign materials. If the surface is dusty, it should first be treated with an emulsion containing 20% water, and then allowed to dry before applying the LV-30 Bituminous Emulsion layer. Before using the material from its container, make sure it has been thoroughly stirred. Afterward, the material can be applied using a brush, broom, or rubber squeegee.

Drying Time First coat: 30 minutes. Main LV-30 coating layer: requires 2 hours to dry.
Approximate Volume: The drum contains 20,200 liters. .
Coverage: Each liter covers approximately: 1.5–2 meters.
Health and Safety: LV-30 contains bitumen; therefore, protective clothing, gloves, and eye and face protection must be worn during use. In case the material comes into contact with the skin, wash with clean water and please proceed to the nearest medical center to receive appropriate medical advice.
Durability Resistant to high and low temperatures from 30°C to 80°C.
